The product was a brand-new, properly sealed, perfect in condition, no sign of damage on the product box. Though it took 10 days to deliver the product to my pincode. But wait was worth it.

The product is new one. there is no doubt about it. But the product box was already unsealed due to that catelogue and guide was missing. And grabgear delayed my product cause of their carelessness.. But apart from all of that, samsung watch 4 is amazing. You cant get better than this.. lota of surprising features things u didn't know is possible on watch. And tks for grabgear for cheapest among other websites..
