If you find out that the same product with the same variant, condition, color, brand and country of manufacture is being offered at a lower price on some other legit website after you shop from us, you can file up for a refund under Grab-Deal program and we will give you refund of the difference amount.

How to avail this Program?

In order to avail this program you need to send us a Screenshot/Invoice of the price from the other website within 3 Days of purchasing the product. For availing this program you need to drop us a mail at [email protected] It might take up to 5-10 Days to process your refund. Altered Invoices/Screenshot will not be eligible and our team will cross-verify the prices from your suggested website. If the price during cross-check by our team are found different then those prices would be considered final & standing. Our Team will send you a screenshot of the website reflecting the same.

What website are considered as Legit for this Program?

All Website which operates in Indian Subcontinent and offer genuine only products are eligible for this program. Fake/Refurbished/Imported/Knockouts are not eligible for this Program. Most of the website where the Marketplace/Website doesn't have a direct role in ensuring the quality of products on it's platform are not eligible for this program. Legitimacy of a Website will depend on case-to-case basis and will be determined by our Team. Decision of our Team will be Final & Withstanding. Products from website such as amazon.in, flipkart.com, firstcry.com, jabong.com, myntra.com, mi.com, oneplus.com etc are considered legit for the claim.
